Mr. Ramachandra Kasargod Kamath

Mr. K R Kamath is the former Chairman & Managing Director of Punjab National Bank (2009-2014), where he was the youngest CMD of a nationalized bank in India. He also served as Chairman of PNB Housing Finance at that time and oversaw the transformation and rapid growth of that business. Prior to his assignment at PNB, Mr. Kamath spent almost 30 years in Corporation Bank, before moving on to Bank of India as Executive Director and then to Allahabad Bank as Chairman & Managing Director. He has also been the Chairman of the Indian Banks Association for two years and consistently figuring in the Top 100 India Inc. Most Powerful CEOs surveyed by Economic Times during 2010-2014.

He was the member of Governing Councils of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) and the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.

Mr. Joseph Conrad Agnelo D’Souza

Mr. Joseph Conrad D’Souza holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Financial Management and is a Senior Executive Programme (SEP) graduate of the London Business School.

Mr. D’Souza was associated with HDFC Limited for over 39 years and was responsible for strategy, corporate planning and budgeting, investor relations and corporate finance. He was treasurer of HDFC Limited and his responsibilities included resource mobilisation and asset liability management.

He has worked on assignments for multilateral agencies in financial services in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He has also helped set up mortgage companies in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Maldives and Tanzania.

He is currently an Independent Director on various Boards and an has an Advisory role with corporates.

Mr. Anurag Adlakha

Mr. Anurag Adlakha is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with extensive banking experience covering Indian private sector & large foreign banks. He has over 20 years of experience in CXO roles across private, foreign, and small finance banks in India. He has also managed regional responsibilities and built and led diverse teams across geographies.

She has served as CHRO and a member of the leadership team for well-known companies in the financial services. She was also a founding member of a financial services startup. She possesses strong professional skills in general management, HR strategy & execution, performance management, talent acquisition & mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Shreejit Devdas Menon

Shreejit Menon is the CEO of Niwas Housing Finance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Master’s degree in Management Studies from University of Mumbai. He has several years of experience with financial institutions like Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited and HSBC Limited.

Mr. Hemant Sharma

Mr. Hemant Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from New York University – Stern School of Business.

He has over 16 years of experience in private equity investing and investment banking in India. He is a Partner in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. He worked for BPEA from 2015 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Hemant was a Vice President at Barclays in the Corporate Finance Group, based in Mumbai, where he was involved in M&A and capital raising transactions.

Mr. Vijai Mukund Kumar Raghavan

Mr. Vijai Mukund Kumar Raghavan holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.

Vijai Raghavan is Head of Operations, India in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. Vijai worked for BPEA from 2014 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT.

Prior to joining BPEA, Vijai spent more than three years at Alvarez & Marsal India where he assisted private equity firms with due diligence and operational performance improvement at their portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Vijai worked with McKinsey & Company and with Deloitte Consulting, both in the US, assisting clients in North America, Europe and Asia in strategy and performance improvement.
